* Shoulder to Overhead must have full lock-out at top position of knees, hips, and arms.
* Deadlift must finish in full lock-out position with knees and hips fully extended and shoulders behind the bar.
* Athletes must come to full extension(knees and hips) on TOP of the box. Step-ups are allowed!
