A: Alternating shoulder Pass Thrus and 3x1 min Front Leaning Rest
B: 2-2-2-2-2 Squat Cleans. Practice catching the clean in a lower power position as you feel comfortable and only if you're not missing the rep. If we improve our form we will eventually, in the longer run, be able to clean (and snatch) more weight.
C: 10 min EMOM: 10 push-ups & a 50m run.
