Skill: Front Squat 5-5-5
In keeping with an accelerated rep scheme, we press on. Looking for 60 reps today folks in to different movements, box jump and kb swings. Come hungry looking to tear up the leaderboards for this one. Choose heights and weights wisely and if in doubt, ask! Scaling, as always will be available and both movements will be taught before the WOD. Hope to see you there!
