15 Knees to Elbows
15 Wall Ball
Whew! Seems like this week flew by! Maybe not for some of you. Really impressed with the way you guys blasted through the Total yesterday! Good work!
Today is a 4 round WOD. Usually we do 3 or 5 rounds so this will be a happy medium. Really try to pull that extra little bit and make contact with your patella and elbow. Make sure we get full range of motion on the Wall Ball and that the weight is challenging by manageable.
