There have been a few recent changes around the gym, another of which should come later today: a large floor mat that will be just inside the garage door to hopefully absorb some water off our shoes as we come in from runs during the rainy season. Please take an extra 2 seconds to wipe your shoes so as to reduce a wet and slippery gym floor and, with it, slips and injuries.
For today's WOD please try and use the pull-up rig and not the orange pull-up bar when doing your Knees to Elbows. Thank you.

- 40 knees 2 elbows. Get those elbows up! ...not just knees touching the biceps.
- 40 thrusters 45/35
- 40 sit-ups
- 400m run
