Tuesday classes: 5:30a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
1. Yez is going to be taking some good shots around the gym for the website so act natural ;-)
2. Starting Monday, December 1st, all current 12:00pm - 1:00pm classes will be moved to 11:00am - 12:00pm. We're sorry if that causes any inconvenience, but are doing our best to minimize changes and prevent cancellation of classes.
3. The class schedule for this week is:
- Monday no change
- Tuesday no change
- Wednesday no change
- Thursday closed. No classes
- Friday 12:00pm - 1:00pm Open Gym & 5:00pm - 7:00pm Open Gym. Suggested WOD will be posted, do one you missed, or work on some skills and strengths.
A) 800m run at comfortable pace.
B) Deadlift 3-3-3
C) 15 min AMRAP:
- 5 min air squats
- 4 min push-ups
- 3 min pull-ups
- 2 min sit-ups
- 1 min walking lunges
