Today's skill strength is bent rows. These can be done with either barbell or dumbbell. Try to minimize torso extension and focus on squeezing the shoulder blades together. Work up to a heavy 3 rep set. Make sure you rest 2-3 min in between sets.
The WOD today will be leg intensive. Get a good pace on the run and attempt to go unbroken on the DL's and WB 's. Set your back after coming in from the run and make sure you are achieving full range of motion in the Wall Ball.
