Happy Monday! Hope you all enjoyed a restful and relaxing weekend. Now it's time to gear up and get your WOD on! It's officially autumn, or fall if you prefer! Time to get those running shoes on and get going because the rains will soon be here! With that said, expect more running in the WOD's this next month as we gear up for winter weather. Yay!
The Wine Country Half and Full Marathon is Oct. 14th! If you would like to participate in the 13.1 or 26.2 mile course please let us know! Several members are registered and space is limited so let us know! Groups of 4 get a discount so grab 3 friends and get running!
Saturday classes have been hit or miss lately. There seems to be a misnomer that the WOD's are significantly harder. As always every workout can be scaled and it's nice to meet folks from the other classes. I am wondering if an earlier time might increase the attendance.
