Wow! Yesterday's runs really turned out to be the brunt of the WOD. Everyone did excellent, but the girls stole the show. Seven different ladies came up with huge PR's! So proud of you girls, all that hard work is paying off. Wanna know who lifted what? Check out the monthly PR board.
Today we will be spending some time working our Overhead Squat. Big focus on midline stability and really dialing in the depth and range of motion properly.
The WOD today is a little mix of two "girls", Karen and Annie. Both workouts require 150 reps of their prospective movements. I changed it up a little to keep things moving and drive that intensity onward! Focus on solid Wall Ball reps and if needed use singles in lieu of doubles with the jumprope.
