Thursday class times: 5.30, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p 6:30p
So the Crossfit Open starts today! For the next five weeks the workouts will be announced at 5 p.m. P.T. on Thursdays- so at CrossFit Arise we'll be doing them as our WOD on Fridays. If you can't make it in Friday, we'll be there on Saturday mornings from 9:30-11 and Sunday from 10-12 open gym as well. It may be a good idea to take a rest day before whichever day you plan on doing the Open WODS. If you're gonna work out the day before, try and make it a light day or just a day of active recovery.
A) 10 min on Mobility Posters
B) 15 min developing ring skills: ring rows, ring dips, ring push-ups, ring L holds, muscle ups, even some ring handstand push-ups!
C) Annie. 50-40-30-20-10 Double Unders, Sit-ups.
