This is a video of Olympian Dmitry Klokov performing a thruster ladder. He maxed out at 385#s. Although he has clean and jerked 511#s in competition, the ladder is taxing due to the limited rest and great number of repetitions. Notice he maintains good safe back position throughout every rep.
