So here is how it started: A young woman who hailed from Madison, Wisconsin mentioned to Coach Glassman that she wasn't very good at Box Jumps. This young woman named Kelly Moore will forever be in the Crossfit history books.Oops! Let this be a lesson to you! Not of fear but of the undone. Not particularly great at a certain movement? Please remember the point of CrossFit is to get better at life. Being unable to workout tomorrow because you were pigheaded today is not in line with our goals. CrossFit is not dangerous. Bad coaching is dangerous, poor movement is dangerous. Ego is dangerous. CrossFit, properly scaled to the individual is the safest and most efficient program available.
