- Squat snatch 135/95
What will you scale this WOD to? This is another Metcon designed to be short and sweet, like Fran. Amanda times for elite athletes can be as fast as sub 3:00. So forget the issue that we can't perform the movements as prescribed - we should be scaling so we can perform the WOD quickly.
Scaled options for 1 Ring MU:
- 1 Bar MU or
- 2 Chest to bar pull-ups and 2 ring dips or
- 2 regular pull-ups and 2 ring dips or
- 2 banded strict pull-ups and 2 ring dips (banded if needed)
Most of us will also obviously need to scale the snatch weight down as well. The coach will review this during class.
