The day has finally come. We all new it would happen sooner or later. It's Coach Will's birthday! Before I delve into the dynamics of today's WOD, let me take you on a visual journey...
It all started long ago in a small, quaint village. On July 9th, 1986, a small baby boy was born into this world. Full of pep and vigor as a lad, Will grew up like most other boys in town. But, as manhood crept it's way into Will's life, he realized he dreams of becoming a male ballet dancer, were not to be. Alas, poor young William, what would become of him...
In all seriousness, if you haven't had a chance to be under the tutelage of Will, you are missing out. Will is CrossFit. He is knowledgeable, giving, and the best trainer we have. More importantly, he is a friend. A true friend. Show up to the Noon class today and wish Will a Happy Birthday!
