As with all movement in the gym, we're striving for perfect form on Fran today. Watch Rich (camera zooms in :25-:35) execute perfect thrusters. He squats way down below parallel and reaches full extension on the press with his ears past the plane of his arms. His pull-ups are naturally flawless. Your movement should look like his today. USE LESS WEIGHT if you can't perform thrusters that perfectly. If your range of motion is truly limited, that's fine. We have faith that you'll do the best your body will allow. Ask your coach to watch you do a thruster and get some constructive criticism. Make your fran today so perfect that it's graceful. Make it exemplary.
