First of all, I want to say thank you to all the folks that have helped us out recently. Dana, Will, Zac, Mike, and Dennis, you guys are awesome and we all appreciate all the effort you put in! Second of all, the participation at the box to day was GREAT! I know it was the beginning of the week, but you guys really put forth some good effort and made some great times!
Today's WOD is somewhat strength biased as the DL is pretty heavy. So go as heavy as form allows and really get after it! The strict pull-ups can be banded or not but get on those bars!
