Thursday class times: 5:30a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
Well, there's been a hint dropped by CrossFit HQ that upcoming Open WOD 14.4 may be a chipper style WOD so we can expect a handful of movements to be served up to us.
Cool video below of Games veteran Dan Bailey taking on 4 other athletes in 4 different WODs. Dan performs all 4 workouts in succession, while one member of the "team" each performs only one WOD after their team member completes their WOD.
A) Spend 10-15 min on Mobility WOD posters. Something must be tight; something must be hurting - work on it a bit.
B) 15 min to reach a 3RM overhead squat.
C) 3 rounds for time of:
- 400m run
- 500m row
Rest as needed in between sets.
