WOD: Row 3k for time
The first WOD of the CrossFit OPEN was announced! We are going "easy" today in preparation for tomorrow's workout.
Still on the fence abour registering? You have until this Sunday @ 5pm to do it! Come join the rest of the group! Workout 13.1 is a nasty combo of 12.1 and 12.2. Basically a 17 min AMRAP of burpees with a 6" jump and snatches. The number of burpees decrease but the snatch weight increases. Looks to be a lot of fun!
