WOD: Run 5k
Commitment. What does this mean? How about showing up to the gym when you really don't want to, or aren't feeling that well? Working out and actually taking care of your body. Or how about running 3.1 miles(5k) when you don't have a friend there, pushing you? Getting outside on a beautiful day and taking a run around the neighborhood instead of watching T.V. while jogging on your treadmill.
