In case you haven't heard/noticed, our programming guru Will has switched gears to prepare for the upcoming OPEN (see below) Now that you are all strong like bull, time to rev up the engines. In the next month, you will see more traditional style met-cons with simpler movements. Expect to get those lungs ready and go hard!
Today marks the beginning of the 2014 Games season. Again this year, our box(along with thousands of others around the world) will be competing in the OPEN. The CrossFit Games OPEN is the first qualifier to the Games. Athletes must perform 5 WOD's over 5 weeks and place in the top 60 of their region to move on.
We will be hosting the OPEN WOD's as one of our daily WOD's anyway so we encourage EVERYONE to register and truly measure your fitness! These WOD's will be judged and scored and you can measure yourself against others worldwide. We would love to have a team go to Regionals this year and every score counts!
