Monday class times: 5:30a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
The guys did well down at the competition and we had a good turnout considering how far it was. Here are a few pics.. click on them to enlarge when in mobile version.
A) 3 x 1 min wall sits
B) 4 rounds of the following barbell complex. This is not for time and rest between rounds. If possible increase weight each round but try and complete each round without dropping the bar.
- 6 deadlifts
- 6 hang power cleans
- 6 front squats
- 6 push press
- 6 back squat
C) 150 push-ups for time. Keep form exemplary. Proper plank from the knees is better than "snaking" from the feet.
