Middle of the week, all! After today we can start that downhill slide to the weekend! Got any cool plans for your days off? If not, grab some Arise friends and do something!
Careful on this WOD today. While yesterday's was sprint like, this one will creep up on you. The lateral jump burpees are significantly more challenging than a regular burpee and the thrusters and runs will tax your legs more than usual. Break it up into sets if needed and storm through!
