Each athlete that is registered for the Open will have a judge to ensure accuracy. Each athlete will start with the bar on the ground and must fully lock weight out overhead. Athlete must change weight by themselves without assistance. All other athletes may participate in this workout if desired, however another WOD will be posted for athletes not familiar with the snatch or new to the movement. Good luck!
