Hey Thursday peeps! Today in class we will be going through several handstand progressions to develop your handstand prowess. Come ready to post up and get those shoulders warm! We will be discussing midline stability and what role it plays not only in the handstand, but in the WOD as well.
The workout puts a moderate to heavy weightlifting movement with a fast gymnastic movement. Of course of you don't have doubles with the rope yet, we will scale to singles but we'd like to see you all moving in the double-under direction. Try to stay as efficient as possible with the jumps, turns of the rope, and rhythm.
