Today we will be practicing our double-unders for a warm-up. Focus on spinning the rope with your wrists, not your shoulders. Keep your body tight but relaxed. Head in a neutral position and don't forget to breathe! Try to rebound from your toes/forefoot and just worry about getting them one at a time for now. Try the following combination: Single, single, double, single, single, double...
As far as the Jerk goes, focus on solid technique and put up a reasonable weight. The WOD shouldn't be to technical, just grunt it out for time.
