Monday class times: 5:30a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
A) 3 x 30 second weighted (or not) side plank. If weighting, use dumbbells or small weight plates. Can't go as heavy with these as normal weighted planks. Hips need to be up.
B) Practice rope climbs.
