Hey all! Just wanted to say how awesome it is to see the numbers at the box. Attendance is way up and it seems like more and more new people roll through every day!
I know Will, Dana, and I really appreciate all your guys' patience as we get new people on board. Any suggestions on improvements please let us know!
Establish some solid hollow holds on the rings today and if you feel that balnce and coordination is there, get on those full extenstion dips. Practice handstands against the wall and if you are feeling bold try some free hanstand walks! Get out of your comfort zone and try something new! Choose a medium weight for the Deadlift today and focus on maintaining a tight core during the push-ups. Knee push-ups are aceptable for this movement but as always we want to see the full range of motion. Questions? Get in here and hit it!
