Today we are going to show our support for Danny and Matt by performing the exact WOD they did on day 2 of the NorCal Masters. Both these guys gave it their all and we are so proud of the them! Matt placed 21st in the 45-49 category and Danny placed 40th in the 40-44 age bracket. Danny has only been CrossFitting for 5 months! We expect to see more great things from them in the future! Good job guys.

The next time you see Matt and/or Danny, ask them to tell you about the Masters event and how it felt. I'm sure they have a little different perspective now. So as you are going through this WOD, remember they did it in 15 min! See you at the box!
