Scale as needed. If you are putting 15#s on each side of a barbell, please use a 15# plate and not a 10# and a 5# plate. Take the extra time to pull off the 10 and put the 15 on instead of just adding a 5. It will help prevent the 10s from breaking and reduces the likelihood of the barbell bouncing into another athlete or the wall or other equipment. Thank you.
