Good Monday morning folks! If you missed the great WOD/BBQ on Saturday, sorry. There was good food and good people abound. Thank you to all who helped out! Well, it's time to jump into a new week! Independence Day is right around the corner and there will be no night classes on the 4th. So get in here and get your WOD on before then!
Strength today is 5 sets of 3 Deadlifts. If you are unsure of your previous 3 rep max come talk to a coach. We encourage all of you to keep your own stats and track your progress. That can be done a variety of ways so talk to us about it! 15 Min AMRAP triplet WOD. Oxygen is overrated so suck it up and get those rounds completed!
