WOD: 400 m farmer carry for time
go as heavy as possible and every time you drop the weight do 5 burpees
rest 5 minutes then:
100 m bear crawl for time
Today the farmer carry is showcased in the WOD. I love this movement. I think the farmer carry impresses me the most by how simple yet effective it is. Pick up some weight and move it as fast as you can, sounds simple right? This is a really good test of both physical and mental strength. When you start to think that you need a "break" and have to set the weight down, chances are you can go a few more yards!! So get some sleep and we will see you all in the gym tomorrow!!
