So November is right around the corner and with that come some scheduling changes. We are starting up the Elements program again with some upgrades. If you are currently a member you may attend at no charge. This program will consist of 9 nights of instruction and hands on training. For the newer folk I would say these classes are a must. Space is filling up fast, so let a Coach know if you will be attending. New clients must complete Elements classes before joining Group classes. Mandatory.
NOVEMBER ELEMENTS CLASSES: Begins the first Tuesday of the month(6th) and runs every Tue, Thur, and Fri from 630pm to 730pm for three weeks. Due to Thanksgiving the November classes will be shifted. Cost is 175$ and includes materials. Attendees must make every effort to make every class.
Class schedule: Tuesdays: November 6th, 13th, and 27th
Thursdays: November 8th, 15th, and 29th
Fridays: November 9th, 16th, and 30th
