Skill: Double Unders/ Kipping Pull-ups

So we at CFArise like our goats. A goat is a movement or skill that we are awful at. Only one way to get better right, practice! Sorry, we don't have any magic pills that make you stronger, faster, or healthier. What we do have is a tried and true, HARD WORK, regimen that will produce desired results in your life. It would be awesome if we could just pick up a jumprope and knock out 100 double unders without breaking a sweat. For most of us however, that just doesn't happen. So today is a work your goat kinda day. Double unders and kipping pull-ups... yee haw!
Scale the Back Squat as needed and make sure we are hitting full extension on the ring dips.
