Strength: Every minute on the minute(EMOM), for 8 min, perform 2 Deadlift reps. Weight should be about 50% of your 1 Rep Max. Focus on speed through the lift.

Wanted to congratulate everyone who showed up and did "Murph" on Monday, great job! Those of you that cranked out the main site WOD yesterday did great too. It was a little sneaky. You know the WOD is hard when you struggle with the running portion.
Today will be a solid strength day. Focus on driving those heels through the floor and really bringing your hips to the bar with some speed.
