Thursday, March 27, class times will be: 5:30a, 11:00a, and a 5:00-6:30p Open Gym. Coach will be on site during Open Gym and athletes can come and perform the day's WOD at their convenience during that time.
A) 3 X maximum reps of strict pull-ups. Full extension of the arms at the bottom and chin over the bar at the top.
B) Work to a 3 rep max deadlift. Maintain proper form for safety. Ask Coach if unsure how yours is.
C) 10 min AMRAP:
- 10 weighted overhead walking lunge 45/25
- 10 kb swing 53/35
- 10 sit-ups. Sit all the way up reaching 90degree angle at hip crease, minimum touch the feet... or past them.
