Well folks, summer is officially here. The tikes are out of school, weather is great and yes, it is June! We are almost halfway done with 2012! Crazy. Time to break out those swimsuits if you haven't already, start working those tans, oh and GET IN HERE! I hope everyone completed their home workouts while the gym was closed these past couple days... If not, expect Burpees! Haha, thank you all for the break and we have some new things coming online shortly about that we will let you know about soon.
New schedule starts today so if you have any friends that were on the fence, now's the time to push 'em over the edge.
The CrossFit for Hope is the 9th and we will be having an informal gathering after, more info on that later.
WOD is pretty self-explanatory today. Get those elbows high and reach full depth in the squat and power through for time!
