Bye bye 2014.... Hello 2015! Here's to self improvement, great community, good friends and having fun at CrossFit Arise. I look forward to serving this great community we've built by providing excellent programming and a good environment in which we can execute it. I'm happy to have met everyone and look forward to building an even better gym for us all and appreciate everyone's help in making Arise thrive and grow.

Friday, 1/2 Normal schedule resumes
A) Practice handstands and handstand hold
B) Isabel. 30 snatches for time 135/95. Very few people in our gym can execute a snatch safely at the prescribed weights and certainly not 30 of them. Please scale as needed. Let us all exercise our egos and scale all our WODs as necessary.
C) Coach led stretching.
