This Sunday's Open Gym will be cancelled for the "BABY, WOD, & POTLUCK BBQ" which starts with the WOD at 11:00am and POTLUCK BBQ afterwards. Just a reason for The Arise Family to WOD and party together ;-) Bring the desire to WOD hard and some food to share!
A) 5 min AMRAP: toes2bar
B) 3-3-3 Deadlifts. When weight gets heavy i'd advise dead stop and resetting rather than touch & go method.
C) 3 rounds for time of:
- 75 Dubs (scale is 150 singles and 7 box jumps)
- 50 Air squats
- 25 Burpees
