WOD - 150 hand release pushups for time
every 60 seconds do 10 air squats
Okay everyone just a reminder that the gym is closed this Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We will post WOD's that can be accomplished anywhere with no equipment. For today's WOD you have to complete 150 pushups for time, have a clock near by and once you started the pushups every 60 seconds you must stop the pushups and complete 10 air squats. Have fun with this one!! Post time and thoughts to comments. Keep those pushups LEGIT, chest to deck and arms locked out at the top!!
