1) Friday, July 4th, we will have one class time which, as of now, will be at 3:30.
A) Alternating couch & downward dog stretches
B) 2x500m row for time
C) 10 min AMRAP 95/65:
- 10 deadlifts
- 7 hang power clean
- 5 shoulder to overhead
