You all have been asking, so here you go! Today we will spend a good portion of time developing those pull-ups and giving you some simple cues on how to be more efficient with them. If you are ready to progress to a smaller band, hit your first strict or kipping, or want to work on the standard kip or butterfly method, tonight is for you!
As you may have heard there are going to been some changes going on with the Arise schedule, and by “some” changes I mean “a lot” of changes. Don't worry, most of these changes will include more class times and not less! The concept behind these changes has been . . . wait for it . . . . waaaiiiittt fooooorrrr ittttt. . . . YOU!!! That’s right folks, you talk and we listen. We regularly seek/receive feedback from all our athletes, in addition to our close attention to detail and then we put our heads together to take the best care of you possible!
We know we probably won't be able to please EVERYONE, but we will do the best we can. We love to hear ideas about what we can do to make the box better! While all ideas may not be feasible at the current time, tell us your suggestions! You may have the next best idea!
