Question of the day: You want to make some changes in your life, what is stopping you? First, let me digress and say with all sincerity that you're family. What do I mean? From the moment you enter the roll-up door, you become part of a community, part of a team, an athlete. No matter your size, strength, age, abilities, weaknesses, gender, or political party (tis the season). That being said, as I continue on my soap box for a moment, please don't get offended. Funny to say right? Like when you say, "I hate when Coach wears those socks, no offense" Like, because you said "no offense" I won't be offended. All I ask is you finish reading the entire post and if you have any issues, come talk to me directly (I'm pretty approachable).
We at CrossFit Arise strive to be a progressive and welcoming gym. We don't offer any of the high-end amenities like saunas, massages, or lemon water. All of which are fantastic, btw. What we do offer rivals anything you have have experienced before. A safe, fun, intense workout with like-minded people supervised by a certified trainer! An inviting and can-do haven to work-out your frustrations, attain your fitness goals and have a great time!
Will it be hard work? Yes. I wish we had a magic pill that would transform you instantly (still working on it). Will you regret it? Not for one second. Can you change overnight? No, but you can change. We promise to provide the place, equipment, and training regimen to get your butt in amazing shape. You bring yourself, just as you are and do the work. That's it. Guess what else? When you improve yourself, other areas of your life tend to fall in line. Ask any of our athletes, each one has a different and amazing story to tell!
Are we fanatics? Yeah, I guess, in a way. I absolutely love what I do. I get to be a part of someone changing their life for the better. I get to be your coach, cheerleader, motivator, and friend. I get to share life with you. Pretty great gig, I think.
So again I ask you. What is stopping you from changing your life today? Decide to step out, switch it up, be bold! I challenge you to come check us out. Not all CrossFit gyms are the same, shop around and see what works for you. Haven't been by in awhile, get over it and get back here! You are the only obstacle, and that is an easy hurdle to get over.
