A few of us have already signed up but wanted to remind others that a friend of Seth's is looking for some people to help him film a promotional video for some new obstacle races he is planning.... so of course he stopped by Arise. A) 2 x 2 min AMRAP Dubs. Scale to singles if needed.
B) 4-4-4 Deadlifts... weight a little lighter than the sets of 2s from the last few weeks.
C) 10 min AMRAP of:
- 5 Shoulder to overhead 115/75
- 10 Deadlifts 115/75
- 15 Box jumps 24/20
If you are scaling to 65#s, please use 15# plates, not a 10# and a 5# plate. For 75, using a 15# and 5# would be great... or two 10s if necessary. Clips always. Thank you.
