Friday class times: 5:30a, 4:30p, 5:30p Starting this Sunday, Jan 5th, Open Gym will be from 10-noon. There will be no yoga this Sunday the 5th and will resume on January 12th and will be from noon - 1:15.
WOD: A) 8 min alternating hollow hold and superman hold
B) 15 min to establish heavy 3 shoulder press then 3 push press. Do not rack weight b/w the two movements.
C) 15 min AMRAP: - 250 run - 5 front squats @ BW - 10 kipping pullups
