Yeppers. It's Monday again. Time to start a brand new week. Come make the most of today and hit a great WOD. Simple strength movement and then on to a little monostructural/weighlifting WOD. Go fairly heavy with the thrusters, enough to challenge yourself, but not so much that it takes your 5 or more sets.
