Another Monday. Not to fear however, CrossFit is here! We take your Monday blues and sweat them out! Get rid of all that work stress at our place! Seriously, Happy Monday to everyone. Mid October already, seems like we are flying through the year now.
Strength today is posted above. Please look up your Shoulder Press stats prior to class on BTW. If you don't know/aren't sure where you are at, we can help you. If you aren't on BTW logging your daily results, you should be! It's easy, fun, and free! Ask your coach about signing up!
WOD today is a rep domain. Simliar to Thursdays WOD where you kept track of your reps, we will ask you the same today. 1 Minute of max effort, go for it! Today is another perfect day to bring a friend to the box with you. Have someone in mind, give them that exta push to get in here! We love meeting new people!
Quick shout out to the Saturday crew! WOD was extremely tough, and you all did fantastic. 13 members showed up and gave the best they had. Many hit their first rope climbs! Combine that with heavy Power Cleans, a quick 2 mile run, and about 80 Burpees and you got yourself a kick-butt team! So proud of you guys! We will take it a little easier this week, I promise.
In other news, Will, Dana, and I are in the planning stages for a wicked awesome Halloween Party/WOD. Any input can be made in comments to this or any future post. Looks like we will be having it the Monday or Tuesday night before Halloween so start lining up those babysitters, as this will be an adults only event. More details to follow. Get your costumes ready!
