150 Wallballs for time
Who likes Wallballs? What!? These "fun" little balls of death are a great way to engage our posterier chain. Think thruster and really explode out of the the bottom of that squat. Tall chest, weight on the heels, knees track over toes, and the ever important lumbar curve. Pace yourself and use a weight that doesn't compromise your technique. Remember, time means nothing if the movement is faulty!
