Happy Saturday everyone! I understand yesterday was a bit warm so we will attempt to stay inside today. It will be like Bikram Yoga! Yummy.
Today we will be going over levers, both front and back. These are a highly technical gymnastics movement that requires, skill, strength, and a tight core! Some things to consider for the levers:
Rope climbs in the WOD today starts from a seated position. Scaled versions of this will be available as always, so don't be intimidated!
