Good day for some basic technique/skill work with the Power Clean. This is a great way to dial in the movement and really get some tips on making the lift more efficient. Why do we want to be efficient in these movements? Proper form virtually eliminates injury, that's a good thing! Efficiency helps us with fatigue during workouts and usually means either more reps, power, or both. Also a good thing! Becoming more and more familiar with the movement is good, because you can start to notice things like "pulling early", "not enough hip drive", and "no follow through". You all are making huge improvements and we are all so proud of you! Keep it up!
