Tuesday Class Times: 5:30a, noon, 4:30p, 5:30p, 6:30p
1. Sign up sheet for the Canoe Trip is now on the whiteboard at the gym. The company is called The River's Edge based out of Healdsburg.
2. Get ready for the Wellness Challenge. Even if you aren't necessarily trying to lose weight, there are still other healthy goals to have. Either way, being accountable and documenting what you do can make you realize where you can improve.
3. CrossFit Games aren't too far off. Just a reminder: if you're thinking about going please contact Mishale Wrede because she has 4 tickets she is trying to sell.
A) 3 x Burgener Warm-up
B) 3x3 Clean Pulls. Weight remains same once warmed up. Comfortably heavy but not 100% max effort.
